Picnic on the Green, Saturday 11th July, 2 to 6pm
The Fellside Forum is a group of residents of Fellside and the surrounding areas of Kendal (in Cumbria, UK) who come together for social events and to improve our local environment.
These are some of the things that we do:
- Maintain several green spaces
- Coordinate with our local councillors on topics such as footpaths, benches, lighting and railings
- Conduct “walkabouts” with councillors to identify issues
- Organise social events, including the Picnic on the Green, Carols on the Green and Quiz nights
- Litter pick on the last Saturday of the month
- Meet online every two months
